SUPPORTING YOU THROUGH PREGNANCY, BIRTH & POST-PARTUM
Pregnancy Wellbeing Sessions
I can support you with special pregnancy wellbeing sessions.
Helping you to prepare for birth, and traverse the profound, unique and ever changing experience that is pregnancy.

In these sessions we can combine, Pregnancy yoga,
Mindfullness,
Ice meditation- to prepare for strong sensations in birth,
Massage,
Voice/ mantras/sound healing, Reflective questions and active listening
I can design a blend of wellbeing tools to support and empower you in a holistic way at any stage, or trimester of your pregnancy.

As a mother of 2, and maternal wellbeing facilitator. I can:

Give you nourishing wellbeing sessions to help you feel relaxed & juicy at any stage of pregnancy

Give you wellbeing tools to use during labour

Use reflective questions and active listening to support you in processing the complex thoughts and feelings that arise during this precious time

Help you to celebrate your pregnancy with special treats or events just for you

help to inform you and be a birth friend/doula as you walk through the sacred and profound journey of pregnancy.

Pregnancy wellbeing sessions can be booked individually or booked as a doula package of 4, 6 or 10 sessions.

Birth Witnessing
I am available to support you as a doula/birth witness during your moment of birthing your child.
​
In your labour I can hold space for you as you traverse the un-paralleled power, mystery and sacredness of birth.
​
I can bring with me a useful pair of hands to support you, your family and your midwife,
​
I can bring healing sounds, touch and words of encouragement.
​
I can bring the principles of spaciousness and empowerment- knowing less is more, and trusting you, your body, your baby, Life, and the process of birth itself. Knowing this I will act with minimalism, but be ready to offer what is needed in the moment.
​
To bring someone into your birth space is a very important choice. And for me it is one of the highest honours to even be invited into this space and it really has to be a perfect fit, if I am to serve you in this way.

Post-natal Wellbeing
I adore new mamas and I adore new babies!

I can support with postnatal wellbeing sessions where I can support you in a variety of ways:
​

Bring healthy food
-
Give postnatal massage to support your body
-
Guide healing meditations to help you rest, relax and recover

Help to clean, tidy, do laundry and support with simple practical things

Hold the baby while you take a shower or bath
-
Talk to you or your partner and give you space to share any feelings and ask any questions you might have as a new parent. (I do this as a wellbeing facilitator and mother of 2 -not a medical provider. So I cannot advise on or be responsible for any health issues in the case that they arise for of you or your baby)

Support you in the new process of your matresence and where helpful I can advice yoga and wellbeing therapies to aid the optimal recovery of your body.

Help you to clarify what you need and arrange a web of support with your friends and family.
​
As a postnatal wellbeing facilitator, I come into your space with care, humbleness and reverence. In this way I arrive with only the desire to serve you in the ways you need.
