Rest, support & connection for mothers​

Motherhood is full.
It asks so much of our hearts, our minds, and our time — and sometimes it can feel like there’s no space for you at all.
The Mothers’ Wellbeing Circle is a gentle, welcoming space for mothers to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves — without pressure, judgement, or the need to “do more.”
In each 60-minute circle we combine three things that many, many mamas need:

REST - Gentle restorative you time. Press pause and take a moment to fill up the well.

SUPPORT - Simple, realistic ideas and practices you can use immediately to make daily life a little easier, calmer, and more nourishing.

CONNECTION- Know that you aren't alone and there is a reason for why things sometimes feel so intense- and you are okay, just as you are.

Feel quietly overwhelmed, stretched thin, or exhausted

Want practical ideas that actually make sense of their life

Crave a little rest, replenishment, or space for themselves

Appreciate connection and gentle support — without pressure or judgement

Hi, I'm Sacha :)
I'm a full time mother of two miraculous children, and a life long yogini and meditator.
It is my pleasure and my gift to support mothers through the profound journey of motherhood with my signature blend of movement, meditation, mindfulness-based coaching, and sharing circles.
