Dive into a special collection of yogic & holistic  tools to support women at all stages of life. A complementary therapy to support female life. Be that postpartum recovery, peri-menopausal support, menstrual issues, endometriosis or simply to support a female centered approach to yoga practice and wellbeing.

VOCAL BLISS -VOICE WORK

Experience a session that weaves evidence based vocal technique, with mantra, improvisation and the yoga of sound. This is a voice session like no other, tailored to support you in freeing your voice, singing the songs that you want to sing, expressing yourself, and ma-stering your unique and precious sound. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every session is as unique as you are :) 

...But all the holistic coaching sessions work with a flexible structure of beginning with a short mindfulness practice to ground,  and ending with a bespoke deep rest yoga nidra- so you can end feeling rested and have time to integrate everything you have discovered in your session.

STEP 1: FIND OUT ABOUT YOU

Any session or program begins with you, and your needs. 

You will receive a short questionnaire upon booking which will be followed up by gentle questions to understand your goals and wishes at the outset of the session. 

We will then look at your unique moment of your motherhood journey and how you are right now. ​​

STEP 2: EXPERIENCE 

Once we have clarified your needs, your goals and the wider context of your life we can find the best way support you in a bespoke program using

AND/OR 

 Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy

STEP 3: EMBOODY

Your session will be followed up with clear instructions for  your bespoke practices and/or tasks.

 

You will be given everything you need to embody the work you have done and bring your results deep into your everyday life. 

 

 This may include written notes, audio recordings, and/or videos to support you in implementing everything you gained during your session.
