The Mother's Path is a 10-week training and a space for self-discovery and self-care. Fill your well and rediscover yourself on a nourishing journey of mother's circles. And shine it out into your world as you learn the foundations to hosting your own mama circles (should you wish!).
We celebrate the deep transformations of motherhood, learn how to work with its gifts and challenges.
Together, we create a path for ourselves and all mamas to feel stronger, happier, seen, and nourished.

Most spiritual paths don't know what to do with mamas... they put us on ice until our children are big enough that we can get back to the 'work'

You will learn to value the unique spiritual practice you are living and breathing every single day, as you care for your children and take care of all the things you are holding.

KNOW YOU ARE NOT ALONE
You are not alone in your experiences. You are part of a lineage of Mothers who go back to the very beginnings of time.
Through heart-circles we have space to share our stories - without receiving judgment or advice. And when we do this we uncover the beautiful, sad, hilarious, powerful, inspiring and wise stories of our sisters and ourselves.
Our experiences as mothers are often way more universal then we know- the circles give you a secret window in to the lives and hearts of other mamas and there is no higher teaching for mamas than this...

REST DEEPLY
What most mothers need is deep, nourishing rest.
Every session we make rest an absolute priority so you can relax, receive and simply be as you are.

(Note: This Yoga Nidra meditation also brings the body and mind many of the benefits of deep sleep so it is an especially nourishing practice for tired mamas of young children. )

HOW IT WORKS....
​
Using the 5 elements to guide us- we spiral through 2 waves of the program below.
The first wave you will experience it just for you. Through the 5 circles you can lift the lid on many important themes and topics, gently integrating new insights and supporting yourself deeply mind, body and spirit. ​
​
In the second half of the path you we will dive into the 4 Steps for Maternal Wellbeing & Awakening. And here we will learn all the foundational skills to embody these and share them. The key here is to embody them- we still start each session with rest, and make time to nourish ourselves - we learn through filling our own wells.
As we go you will be given all the resources you need to host your own circles using Sacha's 4 steps for Maternal Wellbeing & Awakening AND her core principles for creating a nourishing and safe container for your mama circles. ​​


SESSION 1: WELCOME TO THIS CIRCLE OF BELONGING:
ELEMENT: EARTH
In this first session we explore the archetypal shift from maiden to mother and meet our sisters and ourselves just as we are. We learn the foundational philosophy of the mother's path, nourish with deep rest and gentle yoga and learn the magic-in-the-mundane practices that make up the core of this journey.

SESSION 2: THE 4 WOMEN INSIDE YOU:
ELEMENT; WATER
In our second session we dive into the essential topic of the super and cyclical power within our own bodies, and how to ride these waves in a way that supports you. We deepen our knowledge of our special cyclical nature and leave with juicy practices to increase our sense of balance and vitality.

SESSION 3: RE-BIRTH STORIES
ELEMENT: FIRE
Every birth is a portal to a new world. A new mama and baby is born. In this intimate and essential session we share our birth stories and reflect upon what they taught us. We give space to all the emotions, celebrate our victory (as every single birth is a victory and a profound rite of passage for mama and baby), accept it all, choose to let go of what we wish and feel the power of Ma manifesting in each and every unique story.

​SESSION 4: LOVE IS YOUR WORK
ELEMENT: AIR
In this session we explore how the world usually views us for what we do- not who we are. We dive into the importance of Love and look at how we are currently embodying love for ourselves, our children and all those important to us and how we can amplify this incredible state of being.

SESSION 5: COME HOME TO YOURSELF COMPLETION RITUAL
ELEMENT: SPACE
In our final session we celebrate as we integrate all the lessons we have learned on the Mothers Path. We co-create a special Completion Ritual to honour our journey home to our new self, we chart our clear path forwards as an empowered mama. and shower each mama with love and gratitude for who she is. MAMA HEART COMMUNITY CONNECTION

HOW PAY WHAT YOU CAN WORKS....
Genuine accessibility is my aim- there are too many ridiculous & exploitative trainings and programs out there - I want this to be accessible to mamas in all walks of life.

So you can join PWYC for £100 and then during the 3rd live session you can decide to pay whatever you want to pay on top of that. Your amount will be a mix between the value you are receiving and what you are able to pay. Whatever you pay is perfect. There’s no minimum. Truly.
You will have the option to PWYC in one payment or split it into 3. Payments which can be made by bank transfer.
